Yards Brewing Company To Host ‘Tap Handle Throwdown’

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Have a talent for design? You might be interested in a new contest.

Yards Brewing Company and NextFab have joined forces to sponsor a “Tap Handle Throwdown.”

Contestants must design, build and submit their prototype for a Yards Brewing tap handle by Aug. 27th.

The handles will be voted on during the DesignPhiladelphia Festival in October, and the grand prize includes a $200 gift card from Yards, an afternoon at the Yards Tasting Room, a six-month NextFab membership, a complete Yards outfit and of course, the chance to see their tap handle at bars and restaurants all over the city.
